In an effort to introduce this cuisine to a younger and more health-conscious audience in New York, a group from Berlin exported currywurst and rebranded it as "Curry-Wurst Bros." To appeal to this new market, the sausages were made using low-fat pork, beef, or tofu. The logo and visual elements for Curry-Wurst Bros. were kept simple and iconic, inviting people to try a modern twist on the classic Berlin-style sausage.
